Delay in gas supply

Dear sir/ madam,

My self Vikas rawal consumer of Indane gas having no 33135. We have booked to refill our gas cylinder on dated 25.07.10 almost 1.5 months have passed still we are not getting cylinder. It is distriuted by M/s RAGHU GAS AGENCY SHIVAJI NAGAR GURGAON.
