Gas Cylinder not received

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We've booked our request for refilling the cylinder on 14 Sep agasint consumer code No. 14226 at Bhagwaria Gas Service, Karnal, Haryana-132001.

After expiry of 16 days they are not exchanging the same and we are suffering how to make food. Our second is also empty on yesterday.

Their sales man/ howker visit in our colony for exchanging of cylinder and we asked him is there also our cylinder in your van. He replied these are only of 7th Sep requests, I don't no when will your replaced.

So you are deeply requested to kindly intervene and do the needful, we'll be greatly thankfull to you.
