To take apron after renewing the dissconected connection

Dear Sir,

I am ALKA HARIDWAJ. I am from nagpur (maharashtra). I want to know about new connection rule because my connection was terminated as i did not book gas cylinder for 6 months. Now when, i am renewing the connection they are insting to "BUY THE APRON ". I am paying the inspection charge rs 70 . should i take the apron. Is this is compulsory from the company.

. Please inform me as soon as possible and if it is not compulsory to take apron. Tell me what further action should i take. TO whom RTI appliction should be submited as they don't provide the correct information & miss behave on the time of inqury
