Iam owning a Maruti Sen Vxi and has been servicing in Popular Service Centre, Paravattani, Thrissur, for the last three years. Last week i have given my car for the service and once I got it back, one of my costlier sun glass has been missed from the Dash board. Soon after I found this, I called up them and asked about this, but their response was very pathetic. They told me, that they will look in to it and cal lme back, but they dint call me at all.
Is this the way the Popular service center behaving to a regular customer? Since it is a Maruti authorised servie center, we customers are beleiving in the stations but if the respons is like this. how can we go forward?
Should I get my sunglass back?
