We have gas connection at Bavani Agencies, Kumbakonam - Indane Gas service. Since my father has passed away, dealer requested to do name transfer. Last month of tenth, i've made booking in agency and they accepted the same. But at month last when i enquire they didnt make booking and told they will do booking only after name transfer. At 01/12 i changed my name after completing all the procedures. But till date i didnt receive the gas and also not giving proper response.
really i am frustrated and suffered for their treatment and behaviour. plz take necessary action and do the needful at the earliest.
