Non Supply despite booking

Dear sir,

I Booked a cylinder on 10.12. twenty two days after the earlier delivery with Indane Gas Agency ZIRAKPUR.My consumer No. is 10314.Till date supply has not been made, despite repeated requests and enquiries. Today on 25.01.2011 when again enquired the attendent at gas agency told that the cylinder will be delivered today as its delivery slip has been issued. But the same has not been delivered up to 6.06P.M. I fear that the gas cylinder has been sold else where. I therefor request you to intervene and get the cylinder delivered today itself. Delay is causing mental agony.
