Dear sir,
i have gas connection in MV ENTERPRISES (AVADI) for past 20 years. my book no is 4948. Every year at regular intervals there has been non supply of gas. There are more than 200 to 500 customers who are not yet received the gas cylinder. Currently we have not received cylinder for the month, the actual date of delivery according to the records are 02/01.We have made repeated phone calls but there is no response. Even we have went at person for receiving the gas cylinder, but they are giving it. The employees of the agencies speak what ever they want, there is no proper response from anybody.
everytime they say there is no stock but person who have higher influence and money are getting the cylinder at the door step. Everyday we commute from our residence to the godown for getting the cylinder, but no supply, because of this there is traffic blockage and there is school next to it, children suffer for commuting to school
We have also made road protest and official complaint to police with the help of media. but still this happens every year. Pls help in this regard
He is the only monopoly in this area. Pls give us the exact way so that this problem does not repeats once again.
