Every month JBR Indane gas agency delaying in delivery of cylinder. They are taking 10 - 20 days to delivery cylinder and we have to book the cylinder delivery date only not the billing date. They are supplying the cylinders to Mess and hotel and other division for double rate. This month I have booked the gas today 28/2 and they said it will reach in 15days time. They will deliver it on 15/3 and for the next time I have to book cylinder on 15/4 only. Please inform the correct procedures to the Gas agencies and publish the procedures and complaints in News papers monthly basis so that all the poor will aware of the correct procedures.
