My wife and I travelled business from Chennai to SFO and back. Right through they made us literally beg for two seats together. Highly insensitive seating arrangement. Also they lost my bag on arrival at Chennai. Very impersonal service and very customer unfriendly. I hold the highest tier in loyalty in two other airline and despite being silver in it did not see anything tangible.
