Cylinders delivered are having at least 2-3 kg less gas

from a long time, every time we receive an incompletely filled gas cylinder.

It also takes a very long time in delivery of gas cylinder after booking. If some one wants to collect it directly from gas agency then he/she have to wait for a very long time, have to go there at 6 o'clock in the morning and after that only a very few people are lucky enough to get it.

while on the other hand if you are ready to pay the double of amount, gas cylinders are very easily available every time.
