I am, Sanjay R/o Mahavir Enclave, Palam. I want to complaint against SHAHI GAS AGENCY (LPG), Delhi Cantt. which is deliver me LPG Cylinder. The delivery man deliver the leakage LPG cylinder on Saturday 2nd April around 2:15 p.m. After some time I smell the gas and then I realize that delivery man supplied me LEAKAGE LPG CYLINDER. Immediately I call him but his mobile is switch off. Then I complaint to the computerized system that gave me the Complaint No. but nothing done after complaint. That time I have no. direct Ph. No. of Shahi Gas Agency. On Monday morning I found the ph. no. of Shahi gas agency and call there. I complaint to their representative Ms. Kanchan and she asure me that delivery man come to my home and change the LPG Cylinder but nobody come till evening I again call there and talked to another lady she also asure me but nobody come to replace the leakage cylinder till night. Next day I again call to shahi gas agency they again told me that the leakage cylinder will change but nothing happened. This is the very critical situation that the leakage cylinder stay my home from 3 days and shahi gas agency not bother about that. If some accident occurs then who will responsible for that. Will shahi gas agency take the responsiblity for that?
Sir, please take necessary action against Shahi Gas Agency as early as possible.
