I have booked refill gas cylinder after asking on 11/05 vide booking No.860, when not supplied, I asked on 23/05 and got answer that I would get the cylinder within this week. But not supplied till 30/05 and after asking they answered that you have not booked any refill. You have to book the cylinder on computerised no. only and told me the No. 9088324365. I booked again on 30/05.
