I required a ticket for lucknow from new delhi. Waiting & tatkal was full. Then there an agent approached me that he could provide me a ticket but he required rs 1000 more as a commission. He called some body & with in five minute, I had a waiting ticket in my hand with my name & age. Kindly note it was not e-ticket, it was counter generated ticket.
He told that it would be confirmed by vip kota, but it hadn't cleared.
As well as I went to old delhi station where I went to current reservation ticket counter, where I also paid rs 200 more to counter booking man for confirm ticket.
Kindly do the needful to stop this type of corruption & scam, cause of that normal public is suffering from these type of activities.
