I booked my gas (surjit fuel depot r.k puram sector 10 new delhi my consumer no .is 28631) for home delivery on 25.07.2011 (booking number 9960), but till date (10..09.2011). Although, they have started delivering gas booked during the month of august yet my gas booked in the month of july have not been delivered to me till date.
I have visited the agency number of times but no satisfactory reply is received from the employees of the agency. They told that the gas slip has been given to the vendor but vendor did not deliver the gas. I and am tired of complaining to this agency but so far no action have been taken. It has come to my notice that the gas is delivered to the persons as they (agency owner) wish. If no solution is provided in regard to my complaint then i have to go to the consumer court.i register my complaint in agency many time but nobody listening me carefully .sir please take a neccessary action against the agency .when i call to agency they put my phone on hold it is a big problem and they not telling booking number also i hope you take a neccessary action the same.
