I have cancelled my e-tkt through AI customer care on 24th March. (This tkt was booked online through AI website for the flight - AI 982 - AMD to MAA - Tkt no. 098-2100497360 - flying date 25 March).

Till date (10 Aug) AI has not refunded money back to my SBI bank account from where this payment was made (Payment ref. 31014960840).

While following it with AI customer care, they asked me to send an e-mail. I sent one e-mail to [email protected] on 18 April and another on 16 May.

I haven't received any reply - neither money has been deposited to my account.
