Have an emergency with regard to leakage of INdane gas cylinder. Have been trying for the past 1 hour on the emergency nos provided. But so far it says "user busy". Am surprised to note that how the nos willbe continously busy. THere is no opportunity for the consumer to reach the emergency nos when it is in dire need of. The company shuld have look into this immediately as it is question of safety & life of common people. The nos provided in the company website under emergency is of no use as the customer is not in a position to reach when it is required... Req immediate attention & appropriate action for this compliant.- Visveswaran.
