Indane gas, chidambaram
Lost my cylinder -need solution

My sister is a consumer of A.zarina begum, no: 20925, indane gas, north car street, chidambaram-608001.we are having two cylinder. Before two years, we are return 1 cylinder, but they were refused it. Now they are asked us to handover the cylinder.unfortunately, during we had shifted our home, lost it..Now what's the solution.. still we didnt get back our advance rs.900 from them. They were said to cancell our mother cylinder, she also a consumer of this gas stations..worst reply from the gas stations..
