Not turned up on emergency call and not supplied lpg cylinder in time on everymonth

My consumer no is 02435.on10.11.10 at 1.30pm there was leak in the gas cylinder i conduct over phone and emergency service of premier gas agencies.but they did not attend all calls.further everymonth they didnot supply in time.need necessary action immediately..
