Dear sir,
I am p.s.s.s.swathi. I purchased a pleasure BS_III of colour RDB- candy blazing red blk in one of your show room on 17-10. Engine no. J816EBAGH 28643, and chassis no. MBLJF16EDAGH 19645. I used it for just five days. The bike failed at valves. I gave it for repair at the same center on 2-11. But not recived still. I am going daily but he is postponing the delivery. When i am asking for replace he is talking very vugarly (saying that will you replace your husband if he is not good..) and scholding me. I was shocked for his behaviour.it is very inconvenient for me without bike.
I am facing so many problems and mental pressure. Infact i paid extra amout and a total of 50000/- to get the delivery on Dasara. But i got the bike with manufacturing defect. I am vey sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda & Hero & Honda & Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company. I am felling extreme humility & i desided to go to consumers coart for this nuisance behaviour of dealer Supervisor.
I want either MY BIKE TO BE REPLACED or IT MUST BE RETURNED AS REPAIRED WITH COMPENSATION. Hope you would concider my complaint. Here I am mentioning the details of the dealer showroom from which i bought.
