Dear Sir,
i have taken an indane gas cylinder from Mahadev Gas Agency, Jamnagar. Customer Number No.- 170440. I have requested for second cylinder in the month of March. Dealing hand at Mahadev Gas Ageny, noted down the request in his diary and informed me to enquire about the issue after one month. Later on i went to him four times and every times he gives me a next date.
In the month of Dec, the matter was discussed with the owner of Agency. But he was not ready to talk with me on any issue.
I have only one single cylinder connection more over the delivery takes 6-7days after booking of refiling. Which causes a lot of problems/ difficulty.
Therefore, it is requested to direct the agency owner to provide me the second connection / second cylinder at the earliest please.
