Non Delivery of LPG cylinde

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring toyour kind attention that the delivery of LPG Cykinders through ur dealer M/s Meera Gas Agency, gutaiya Kanpur is irregular and delayed. My consumer no. is 860 A and I booked the gas on March 7, but have nt received the refikked cylinder till March 22. There is no responce to the phone calls made at the agency and if there is an answer it is always in the negative that is there no stock that there is a shortage of cooking gas, There is no responce on the toll free no.
