Non-receipt of refund against cancelled ticket

I booked a ticket from Ajmer to Ahmedabad (boarding at Beawar) of class 3A and PNR no. 2217286293 has been issued by IRCTC through net. the Train No. was 14311, Date of Journey 10th March and train name "Ala-Hajrat Express", the transaction ID was 0313429974. Due to Jat agitation, the train has been cancelled and journey could not be performed by my son Mr. Deepak Rupani. After verifying the status on internet at 4.00 PM on 10-3 stating that charting not done - train cancelled, I cancelled the above ticket on internet and ticket cancelled on 10-3 at 16.15 hrs. It is regret to inform you that till date, I have not received the refund of cancelled ticket, which I should have been received within 4-5 working days. Would u plz. help me to kindly get refund the amount of cancelled ticket as the train cancelled in which the customer has no fault and after deducting nominal reservation charges, I must get the refund immediately.
