I went to Mohan Gas Agency, Karnal for replacement of my gas regulator who is running gas agency of India Oil but the reported owner said that for replacement of old gas regulator which was leaking I have to purchase a new gas pipe or a new apron. I told that I have already one gas pipe which was sold forcibly by you in 6 when I came to book a refill, he told me then you have to purchase apron of India Oil. Previously the Gas Pipe which was sold to me by the Mohan Gas Agency for RS 260-00 is of 1 metre length which I think is sub-standard size and costly than market rate and too without my wish.
On refusing to purchase either of the he misbehaved with me in presence of his staff member and manhandled also. Now I have two alternative whether register the police complaint against the owner of the gas agency or register the complaint with Indian Oil, but to my great surprize, the address and contact no of the India Oil Officer for complaint reddressal is rubbed off there and the area office of India OIl is 30 km from the city in Kohand Village. kindly take up the matter, I have all proofs
