No response by telephone

Sir i booked my cylinder on 16th of december for refil.i got my wtng list no 69 and i was told that it will take about 7 days.till today i havent got it.first of all they do not attend phones they keep the volume low so that they do not get disturved if at all they lift the phone they wil lkeep itaway as if some body is waiting for the call.sir this is inherent problem and i request u to look in to.my name is Usha trehan name of Gas agency is Keher Gas and my consumer no is keher 7182
