Lpg refill of gas cylinder not supplied by gas agency

I, Jineshwar das jain r/o a-27 amaltas colony gwalior-474005, gas customer no-1848 booked for supply of refill of gas cylinder on 7-8 at POONAM GAS AGENCY, GWALIOR-5 but supply of the gas cylinder has not yet been received despite repeated personal and telephonic contacts. On the contrary those who booked on a later date have got the supply.the agency is not giving satisfactory reply.please look in to the matter& solve the problem
