Phone Line Always Engage for Hours

I am customer of INDANE Gas, Madhavi Gas Agency, located in Shaik-Pet, Hyderabad. When I want to book my Gas Cylinder, I need to try couple of hours to reach them. Their telephone line is always Engage. When I visited the office I found that they always keep the receiver of their telephone aside for longer times to avoid the maximum number of calls. I never happily make booking at first instance. Some times because of busy schedule sometimes I forget to make booking for weeks, and when my home mated remind me whether I have booked or not then I need to realize that still I have to make booking. They are very worst in providing the customer service. The numbers are as follows: 040-23560040 and 040-23562956. Any one can try and check it out whether they have received the phone call.
