Booking denied –Remideal measures requested reg.
I .O.C is now pleased to relax the time limit then imposed for booking a cylinder. M/s Premier indane gas agencies K.Pudur is not admitting the booking quoting the time frame.
In my case, the last booking was done on 9.12.09 and the cylinder was issued on 20.12.09. When I call them for booking on 6.1.10. it is being told that I am eligible for booking only on 14.01.10.
Incidently I have contacted your field officer, who directed me to again call the agency for manual booking, stating that the process is yet to be com pletd at computer terminal, K Pudur for releasing the time frame.
I have contacted, But the purpose is not solved. I request you for taking necessary action for effecting the genuine service for the puplic.
