Sub: Poor service & misbehavior by the staff of Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, D-33, Site-IV, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad
Dear Sir,
This is regarding my complaint against one of Indane Gas agencies Yadu Indane Gas Sewa D-33, Site-IV, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad. We are not getting proper services from the agency. Inspite of getting the gas cylinder booked on 5th March.. I have not received the cylinder yet (as on today -15th March). All their contact nos 9818514339, 9891254358, 9891294279, 9990564587, 9211893484, 2897697 & 2897698 are either switched off or they do not respond. Either these agencies are making money during the festive season (HOLI ) & neglecting the consumers’ interest or just not bothered at all about any service standards.
My another grievance is that when my wife (Shweta Srivastav) enquired with their delivery boys Mr Somveer & Virender about the cylinder, who were found near society gate - they misbehaved with my wife by speaking in very arrogant & wrong way by saying – AA GAYA HOGA, GHAR PE CHECK KARO . When my wife told them that nobody is responding to the numbers, the reply was – HAMNEY NAHIN PATA, HUMARA DIMAG MAT KHAO .
This is not an acceptable service standard by any of the service organization like Indane & have severely put an question mark about the service audits (if any). These delivery boys also need training in public dealing as they are the face of the organization & any wrong conduct would put a serious dent to indane's image.
