Non availability of gas cylinde

CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

SIR,

since 16.09.2010 I had booked a cylinder with M/S Sharmila Indane Service, Tetultala, B.T.Road, Agarpara, Kolkata - 700109. My consumer number is FC4009. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, I request you to please look into the issue.
