It is disheartening to mention that this is practice of Poonam Gas agency to delay in delivering gas cylinder after 15 to 20 days. It is observed that they are selling by taking more money and delivering to others even sometimes to non connection holder as result the concerned consumer does not get cylinder even after 20 days. My details of connection as follows who is regular victim of this agency.

Today I told them about the complaint. I have been requesting since saturday they are not responding positively only repeating tomorrow you will get cylinder but till today I did not get. It happens every time. Kindly nnedful action ir order to get the cylinderand ensure them to deliver in time. Suresh Chandra yadav
