Delay in supply of gas cylinde

I am consumer having consumer no. 17209 of NARESH GAS DISTRIBUTER, PURSUDIH, JAMSHEDPUR, UNDER INDANE DISTRIBUTER, BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND.

I booked for gas refill on date 06.02. but till date I dont get the refilled gas cylinder till date.

I had taken last gas cylinder on date 21.01.2010.

The staff of the distrubuter misguide us after several complain regarding the supply of gas cylinder.
