Irregular supply of refill cylinde

I am residing in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I am having connection at Parth Gas Agancy for many years. I am not receving the LPG domestic cylinder since 40 days. Eventhough there is a reduction in LPG Customer due to pipeline of gas we are not getting the LPG cylinder. So kindly do the needful. My connection no is 2349.
