Not recived LPG cylinder after completing documentation

I am Amruta V Kulkarni. Consumer code 142045.

I have completed my transfer gas connection formalities on 19-02.Still I have not recieved gas cylinder from RATHAVA GAS AGENCIES, which is very frustating for me. People from RATHAVA agency are very arrogant & not responding for our follow up.

Please help for Indane's valued customer.
