The Indane Sterling gas dealer in Asmangadh, Malakpet has poor response on IVR for gas booking. The IVR gives registration number but delivery is not happening. The dealer says the IVR is working properly. There is no specific reason whether the gas shortage is happening or gas cylinder been diverted to some where else. Until the consumer personally visits the office the gas cylingder is not delivered. For this unnecessarily the customer has to take a half-day leave with the employer. The gas dealer is not at all bothered on this issue.
