In Solapur city of Maharashtra the customers of Indene LPG are not getting LPG cylenders to their houses, 10 days after booking, when the customer contacted the local distributor, they will simply say it will be delivered today, but it is not happening, finally the customer take a auto along with their empty cylender, they are getting filled cylenders, for that they have to incurr 40-60 rupees additional expenditure from their budget, if a customer is aged, how can they get cylenders, why the customer should pay auto charges for getting LPG cylenders, it is the duty of the local districutor to give delivery at the customers home, it is happening from last two months, kindly take necessary action to regularize the delivery at homes of customers.
