Not received my parcel

I Tanu Agarwal have send my parcel containing clothes from guwahati to lucknow via railway on 24-4. I was told that it will be sent to lucknow via awadh assam on the same day and would received at lucknow on 26-4.

But it has not been received in lucknow till now. I am worried about my luggage.

Please look into the matter and make me oblige by sending my luggage as soon as possible.

my pacel no. is GHY 206076 P-1 LKO (NR).

my parcel weighed 1`2kg.

my parcel was to be recieved by Mr. Surendra Kumar Agarwal.
