My LPG (Kitchen) gas connection no is m -2271 with abhinav gas service (Indian oil petroleum dealer), Karnal (haryana)
I am facing lot of difficulty in getting booked gas cylinder for refilling.
The telephone is always busy of the said dealer.when this time i got success they said 20 days gap for filling required. after 20 days phone remained busy for two days, i went there to drop slip in letter box . box stand removed. at counter, they took my slip for booking. when after 15 days i did not receive delivery at home .i contacted on phone they said there is no booking we are booking todayonly for gas delivery wait for 10-12 days more. if there is any complaint come with copy. i said i m in service it is not possible to visit office. after 2/3 days of persuasion on phone i was given mobile no of the owner who til date not bothered to pick phone.
please intervene to get me supply of filled cylinder at home as i m out of gas
Plz advise dealer. to amend /improve the style of booking
