Unsafe coaches provide sleeper class

I freqently travel by train no 12677/12678.The train coaches are in badshape does not have proper locks in the toilets and most of the days no water in the toilets. Also freqently I contacted Commercial Manager office in Bangalore to reprovide atleast two SLEEPERCLASS COACHES which was withdrawn without any reasons given to the travelingpuplic. The train takes almost 12hours to reach the destination. The seniorcitizen travelling has to keep their legs hanging.By the time train reaches the destination both LEGS GET SWOLLEN causing inconvinience to the passenger especially the elders. Please reintroduce the sleeperclass on war footing to takecare the health of seniorcitizens. Also the train no 12678 reaches bangalore 30 t

o45 minutes most of the days. Do something to reach ontime
