NON DELIVERY OFGAS CYLENDER

I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS ON 07.09.2011 AGAINST BOOKING NO-225622 FROM SAHAKARI GAS LALBAGH LUCKNOW BUT AS PER THEIR RECORDS THEY HAVE DELIVERD THE GAS CYLENDER ON 16.09.2011 AT MY RESIDENCE.

I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT TILL DATE I NOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE RECEIVED ANY CYLENDER FROM THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
