Misbehavior of railway staff

While traveling from madhopur to jammu two ladies came as ticket checker and used bad language for me and my family. They cause inconvenience and mental torture to passengers daily on the account of checking tickets.

i want to say if railway appoints TTE in every train why do we need such greedy people who use there powers to trouble others and cause inconvenience.
