I have no doubt that the petrol station M/s Kapoor Auto Service Station (of INDIAN OIL) located at the Patparganj Society Area is cheating its clients. Earlier too this petrol pump was shut down due such similar reasons.
I am sure that the diesel / petrol being given is lesser in quantity than the payment taken.
I get diesel filled from various petrol stations and get it filled when the car indicator reaches a particular mark. Also I get similar amount diesel filled so I am very sure about how much should be filled.
