Delay on delivery of gas cylinde

Respected sir

I am ranjit roy from chennai. My consumer number is 32832.I have booked an gas cylinder on 26 september. The name of the gas distributor is shoba gas agency in nugambakkam. Up to date i didn't get the gas cylinder. I have gone there and asked them when it would it come. They told me your gas has already been delievered on 24 october. But i didnt recieve the gas cylinder so far. I recommend you to take neccesary actions for deliever the gas cylinder as early as possible
