I (GOUTAM DEY) booked the cylinder on 15.09.2011 vide online booking no.279624.I got the message on 26.09.2011saying that cylinder will be delivered shortly vide cash memo no.22428 by sender message 544111. mobile No 9831607917. I waited till 07/10 and then gone personally to the shop. On seeing the message they have told that it will be delivered within day or two. On 16/10I have received a message stating that my LPG cylinder have delivered on 15/10.But the fact is I did not received any cylinder till date.
My IOC, LPG connection is with Abhijit Enterprise, at Khardah vide connection no. 08802.
