Non delivery of gas

I am registered consumer of indane gas with their dealer m/s tapeshwari gas agency. our connection no.11089 in the name of shiv shankar mishra residing at 28/3, feelkhana, kanpur. after booking one & half month past till today my refill cylender is given to me by the dealer. i am suffering for fooding. thanks
