Parcel Not deliver very bad response from Employees, No Help at All

HI,

I have booked one Parcel i.e

BAJAJ PULSAR UP-16/1196

from BAREILLY to BANGALORE CITY via DLI

DATED:25/01/11

Parcel no: P H 643492

It takes maximum 5-7 days to reach here but still hasn't arrived. I went to parcel delivery office on Bangalore city Station and inquired, as usual got negative response "We can't help". Same happened with my friends when I asked them to inquire at Bareilly and Delhi.

I am writing this to get help from your side. Please do the needful and take action soon.
