Non delivery of cylinde

Ref: My Gas connection No.3771 in Capt Rakesh Gas Agency - Mathura (INDANE)

I have booked my cylinder on 24.07.2010 & still not received, after contacting with the agency they said it has been delivered on 06.08. but i did not receive.

Also their delivery time is arround 15 days. & for new booking they want minimum 20 days delivery from the date of previous delivery.

How i will cook my food
