subject:- regarding delay in gas cylinder by gas agency.
Dear sir,
I would like to bring litigation against M/S Etah Gas Service, Etah- uttar pradesh. The agency does not deliver of gas cylindre after booking within a week. Over twenty days the agency canceles my booking number and told me that again booking. I have booked at 119/18 on dated 13-01.connection no. E-4833.I have complained to field officer Mr. SEHDEV SINGH.in divisional office AGRA (uttar pradesh) as well as in NEW DELHI at toll free no. 1800-2333-555, .The reason behind delay in supply is due to illegally supply gas cylinder to un autherized others. Field officer Mr SEHDEV SINGH also involved to the agecy. No action is taken by divisional office of INDANE GAS.
Isincerly request you taken necessary action. If not I will loose confidence on I O C administration.
