I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS WITH M/S KANWAL GAS SERVICE CONSUMER NO. 1121 ON DATED 03-03 THROUGH TELE-BOOKING SYSTEM. I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE "thank you for using TOMOGAS, your booking is not accepted (Deactivated Consumer) so please contact to your distributor". I have contacted my distributor and my consumer no. is active but booking can only be done through tele-booking. please help out.
