Indane gas cylinder booked by me on 13-08 has not been delivered till date (27-09). On enquiries with the dealer (POOJA GAS, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam Dist) no clear reply is received, the only reply received since the last 15 days is that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days. My booking no is 232195 (13-08) and consumer no: 39422.
It may please be noted that during the earlier deleveries the dealer has no given the bill to me, hence it is suspected that the cylinders are being diverted by the dealer. The dealer has also not displayed the mandatory requirements like the cylinder deliveries cleared till date etc.
