We have registered with Balaji gas ambattur (Indane) for refill on 08th dec and waiting list no;3773. consumer no:36681. Till today (21st dec) we have not received the gas.
They are ensuring that the phone is always engaged from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm.
If cell phone and SMS booking and reminding is introduced with all the Gas distributors, then everything can be recorded. and erring agencies, can be get caught easily and taken to task. will the Gas division of IOC do something on this?..Rkumaraswamy consume
